The average UK house price, as reported by the Nationwide and Halifax House Price Indices. This is an amalgamation of both Nationwide and Halifax indices and does not include rental income.

UK Cash:

The return from cash assuming it can receive the same interest rate as the Bank of England’s Base Rate with interest reinvested.

Inflation:
